Shreeram handles overall strategy, team management and growth initiatives. He has over 27 years of experience of working in key decision-making positions across industries. He is highly skilled in devising Go-to-Market strategy, Lateral Thinking & New product launch.

When he is not thinking about the company’s growth, he is writing his second book and a weekly newspaper column. He is a public speaker, triathlete, avid traveler, Indian classical music lover, painter, bookworm, cat lover & person who is highly curious about everything around.

Vijay has experience in technology and man-management. He puts this experience to use in designing internal systems. He is responsible for maintaining key relationships and looking after our Vermicompost and Biochar divisions.

In his free time, he loves to listen to western and Hindi music and travelling.

That one guy in the room who never speaks but gets the work done. Soham works diligently to ensure seamless operations, just-in-time inventory & smooth supply planning.

Soham likes to collect bikes and go on road trips.

Kumar manages online presence and act as the architect of a brand’s digital presence, designing high-impact campaigns across social media, search, and display platforms. By aligning multi-channel tactics with core business goals, you ensure every digital touchpoint effectively engages the target audience and drives measurable growth.

He is such a hodophile; he’d rather live out of a suitcase than stay in one place and learn new things about farming and new technology.
