At Reflo Naturals, we take great pride in our mission to convert temple offerings into high-quality, eco-friendly products. Because our products are handcrafted and biological in nature, our return policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with our environmental values.
- Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (Incense, Dhoop, Air Fresheners, and Vermicompost), we only accept returns in the following circumstances:
Damaged Product: If the product is received in a physically damaged condition.
Incorrect Item: If the item delivered does not match your order confirmation.
Defective Product: If there is a functional defect (e.g., incense sticks that fail to burn despite proper storage).
- Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please contact our support team with:

A clear photograph of the damaged/incorrect product
A brief description of the issue
- The Eco-Conscious Choice
As a waste-management initiative, we strive to minimize the carbon footprint of logistics. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchase. For minor cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect product performance, we kindly ask for your understanding in avoiding unnecessary shipping.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been more than 25% consumed/used.
Items purchased during a clearance or flash sale.
Variations in scent or color that are natural results of floral recycling and batches.
- Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will either dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Reflo Naturals will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
